Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU Orders:

UK Orders:

International Orders (Outside EU/UK):

• Prices displayed do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees

Delivery Issues

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

If you're not available to receive your delivery:

EU/UK: The courier will leave a collection notice with instructions to collect from a local depot or arrange redelivery
International: Courier procedures vary by country; check your tracking information for details

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order is significantly delayed:

1. Check your tracking information first
2. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
3. If unresolved, contact us at contact@phoamhair.com

We will work with the courier to locate your package.


What if my order is lost or damaged?

Lost packages:

• If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours
• We will investigate with the courier
• If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund


Damaged packages:

• Inspect your package upon delivery
• Take photos of any damage (box and contents)
• Contact us immediately at contact@phoamhair.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund

Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Your order may be delayed, returned, or lost
  • You may be charged return shipping fees and re-shipping fees
  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for customer address errors

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipping

If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Include your order number
  • We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins

After Shipping

Once your order has shipped, we cannot recall it.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items:

  • We will ship them together whenever possible
  • In rare cases, items may ship separately due to warehouse locations
  • You will be notified if this occurs
  • You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of package
  • Unclaimed at collection point

Next steps:

  1. We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  2. You will be responsible for paying reshipping costs
  3. If you choose not to reship, we will refund your order minus original shipping costs and any return fees incurred

Unclaimed packages: If you do not respond within 14 days, the package will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Peak Season & Holiday Shipping

During busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days
  • Delivery times may be longer due to courier volume
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
  • Specific cut-off dates for holiday delivery will be announced on our website and via email
